Former Wisconsin Badgers quarterback Tanner Mordecai is heading to the San Francisco 49ers, he announced.

Mordecai, a sixth-year senior who spent his final season at Wisconsin, tossed for 2,065 yards, nine touchdowns, and four interceptions while playing in 10 games this past year.
Spending time at Oklahoma, SMU, and Wisconsin during his collegiate career, Mordecai will now look to compete in a 49ers quarterback room headlined by Brock Purdy.
